"Sara Jean guided our school through the first year implementation of Project Based Learning. As a principal, it was refreshing to work with a trainer who took the time to understand the strengths and history of the school, and build off of that. Being a master teacher, Sara Jean knew how to help the staff balance the stress of new information with the urgency of change. Our staff embraced the work, and our school showed dramatic improvement"
